Southern Pork Feet
Ingredients:
1 bag pork feet, thawed (2 lbs.)
¾ cup yellow onion, diced
¼ cup celery, diced
½ cup carrots, peeled and diced
¼ cup green onions, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. jalapeño peppers, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced1 qt. water
¼ cup chicken base
Instructions:
1. Rinse thawed pork feet well with cold water.
2. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cover with lid.
3. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve over red beans and rice with fresh corn bread.
