Slow Cooked Tomato Braised Pork Hock Stew

Ingredients:
1 bag Skylark Pork Hocks, thawed (2 lbs.)
12 oz. tomato sauce
2 large Russet potatoes, 1” dice
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
2 medium carrots, 1” dice
1 medium yellow onion, ½” dice
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
3 bay leaves
1 cup water
2 tsp. beef base
1 tsp. white sugar
½ tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. Kosher salt
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until pork hocks are tender.
3. Serve hot with rice or pasta.
